Team Apex – Elevate Your Training, Compete at the Highest Level
Team Apex is our elite sport karate competition team, made up of 20-25 dedicated members of all belts and ages who represent our school on the state, national, and world stage. Members earn their place through annual tryouts and commit to a full tournament season, competing from January through November.
As part of Team Apex, athletes train in specialized weekly classes designed specifically for sport karate competition. They push their limits, refine their technique, and develop the discipline and mental toughness needed to excel in high-level tournaments. With 31 World, National, and State titles, our team has a proven track record of success, and we are always striving for more.
